Dear Friends and Family,
All I can say is "Wow!" We have been in Sofia, Bulgaria for almost a week now.
It is amazing how quickly things are moving as we are meeting with government
officials. Tomorrow morning we are meeting again with Ginyu Ganev, the Ombudsman
of Bulgaria. (The Ombudsman is one of the three structures making up the
national government. The other two are the administrative branch and the
parliamentary branch. It is on the same level as meeting with the Head Supreme
Court Justice in American government, but it is protecting human rights rather
than a court.) Tomorrow we are signing an agreement with him stating that he
will support us in any way necessary to allow us to do our work! We expected our
first meeting to be about half an hour, and it lasted two and a half. He was so
excited, and wanted to start moving on it right away.
Next week we are planning to meet with a Romanian official, and then go on to
Hungary where we will likely be initially meeting with the daughter of a former
president who is also a cabinet minister in the national government there. I
also got a word just that we will be able to meet with the wife of the Prime
Minister of Albania. The meetings in Hungary and Albania are not finalized yet,
but they are highly likely.
Jordan Green, the young man working with me right now, has been travelling with
Larry Williamson and me. He is enjoying it, and is amazed as I am at the open
doors and opportunities that the Lord has opened for us.
Thank you so much for the emails that you have been sending. It means so much to
know that people are lifting us up in prayer. Some have asked how they might
send support so I will tell you. You can send your tax-exempt check to Obedient
Life Ministries, P.O. Box 267, Clarion, PA 16214. You can also donate by credit
card through the secure PayPal link on our website at www.obedientlife.org. If
you want to be a monthly donor, you can download the automatic debit donation
form also on the website. Just fill it out and mail it to the address mentioned
above. It is a very convenient way to give.
Well, I must go for now, but I will write again soon with more news later. Keep
up the good prayers!
Be blessed in Jesus' Name!
